Welcome to XXPRESS CLEANERS. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order with XXPRESS CLEANERS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including all policies related to garment care, risk acknowledgment, reimbursement limits, and service approvals.

SERVICES PROVIDED

XXPRESS CLEANERS provides:

• Wash & Fold
• Dry Cleaning
• Launder & Press
• Specialty Cleaning Services

We reserve the right to refuse service for any garment that may pose a risk to other items or to our cleaning process.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

• Sorting garments according to service type
• Removing personal belongings from pockets
• Reviewing care labels before submission
• Reporting any issues within 7 days of delivery

While our team is trained to identify garments that may require different service types, we cannot guarantee that all Dry Clean-only garments will be identified if placed in Wash & Fold orders.

ITEMS WITH RISK OF DAMAGE

If we believe cleaning a garment may cause damage due to:

• Pre-existing damage
• Delicate fabrics
• Sequins or ornamentation
• Faux leather
• Color bleeding risks

We may:

• Contact you for approval before proceeding
• Require a release of liability
• Return the item uncleaned

If an item poses a risk to other garments (such as unstable dyes), we will not clean it under any circumstances.

SPECIALTY CLEANING

If a garment requires specialty cleaning:

• We will contact you for approval
• Additional costs and turnaround times may apply
• Service will not proceed without your consent

PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE

We carefully inspect garments during processing. If pre-existing damage is found and further cleaning may worsen the condition, we will contact you before proceeding.

SEQUINS, ORNAMENTATION & FAUX LEATHER

Cleaning garments with sequins, ornamentation, or faux leather carries inherent risks.

Before cleaning these items, we may require your approval and release of liability. Although we take protective precautions, damage such as cracking, color bleeding, melting, or detachment may occur.

Customers may request a permanent account preference to proceed with cleaning these items regardless of risk.

WASH & FOLD ORDERS WITH DRY CLEAN ITEMS

If Dry Clean or Launder & Press items are found in a Wash & Fold order:

• We may hold them for your approval
• Additional charges may apply
• If no response is received, items may be returned uncleaned

If an entire order is better suited for Dry Cleaning or Launder & Press, we may proceed with the recommended service and notify you of updated pricing and timing.

COLOR BLEEDING

If a garment shows susceptibility to color bleeding, we will return it uncleaned. Even with a liability release, we cannot clean items that risk damaging other garments.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Customers must report missing or damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

In the event of loss or damage:

• We will attempt repair or restoration when possible
• Items may require pickup for assessment
• If repair is not possible, reimbursement will be provided up to 25% of the item's value

Reimbursement is subject to verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR

XXPRESS CLEANERS is not responsible for normal wear and tear resulting from proper cleaning.

Normal wear and tear includes:

• Shrinkage when serviced according to care labels
• Fabric aging
• Small holes or tears due to garment age
• Material breakdown due to fabric type, construction, or age

Our processes are not fundamentally different from standard laundering practices.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the reimbursement terms stated above. We are not responsible for:

• Items with inaccurate or missing care labels
• Manufacturer defects
• Damage resulting from improper garment construction
• Items placed in incorrect service categories

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due according to the service selected. Additional charges may apply for:

• Specialty cleaning
• Service upgrades
• Heavily soiled items
• Reclassification of service type

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
